We recommend including at least one sweet flavor and one savory flavor so guests have some contrast. If you want help narrowing the mix, tell us your event colors, preferences, and guest count in the inquiry form.
How much should you plan?
A simple starting point for your guest count.
Our current wedding guidance recommends roughly 1.5 to 2 cups of popcorn per guest, with approximately 15 cups per gallon. For a 200-person event, about 22–26 gallons is a useful starting range.
You can combine flavors across the order. We also recommend including at least one savory option if most of the rest of the table is sweet. If you want to sample specific flavors before deciding, tell us which ones you want to try and when you plan to visit so we can prepare them.
